Rescue, care, adopt
ANIMALS NEED US AND YOU
Last year, 1,213 animals came into RSPCA Tasmania’s care—rescued from cruelty, neglect, abandonment, injury, or simply with nowhere else to go.
Getting them safely through our doors is just the beginning.
Behind every rescue is a dedicated team of Inspectors, animal carers, veterinary professionals, behaviouralists, volunteers and supporters working together to give each animal the care they need.
From the moment they arrive, they need food, shelter, medical care, rehabilitation, patience and time — until they are ready to find a loving home.
Your support helps make every part of that journey possible.

Every animal in our care needs something different.
